POSITION: QUARRY SHIFT SUPERVISOR (1 POST)
Reporting to: quarry manage
Qualifications and experience.
BSC in mining engineering or equivalent, knowledge in Drilling and blasting operation, survey operation supervising of mining activities and equipment s, planning organizing and supervising skills, customer relation reporter writing skills and at least three (3) years’ experience in or manufacturing industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILILITY: supervise drilling, Blasting, hauling and crushing operation in a shift, conduct survey of mine and stocks using total in shift ,conduct survey of mine and stocks using total station and GPS training of subordinates , Ensure target are met, meeting production targets, efficient operation of unity the candidates will also be responsible for safe working practices and environmental compliance.

POSITION: COST ACCOUNTANT (1POST)

QUALIFICATION AND RESPONSIBILITY:
Bachelor of commerce of advanced diploma in accounting, extensive knowledge in computerized accounting particularly excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint excellent to knowledge of internal control requirements, able to respond to heavy demands and work pressure, SAP knowledge, strong technical and analytical skills, proactive attitude, totally honest and trustworthy, attention to detailed three to five (3-5) years’ experience in cost accounting in manufacturing industry. Certificate public accountant CPA (T) will be added advantages.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for coat analysis ,preparation of variances reports, budges preparation, housekeeping of master files and preparation of monthly reports. The candidates will also be responsible for safe working practices and environmental compliance.

POSITION: DIESEL MECHANIC (2 POST)
REPORTING TO: HEAVY PLANT MANAGER
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
TRADE TEST GRADE ONE (1) in auto mechanical or equivalent diagnostic skills and troubleshooting abilities , ability to work methodically and pay close attention to details, must be computer literate, methodical and system oriented, ability to take and fallow instruction , honest and trust worthy three (3) years in maintaining mobile equipment’s in cement or manufacturing industry valid code E drivers licenses will be an added advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
Maintaining of mobile equipment , diagnose faults and solve the problem, preparation and producing report as and when required. The candidate will also be responsible for safe working practices and environmental compliance.

Trade test grade three (3) in Auto mechanical or equivalent grade ten or ABET 4 qualification and completion of relevant hand man skills, excellent diagnostic skills and troubleshooting abilities, ability to work methodically and pay close attention to detailed , able to detailed able to take and fallow instruction ,experience in using specialized tools and equipment, honest and trust worthly, three to four (3-4) years’ experience in maintaining mobile equipment in cement or heavy industry, valid code D,E,F, or G drivers licenses will be an added advantages.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in maintenance duties and work closely with Diesel mechanic in solving mobile equipment problems, diagnose all the problems related to mobile equipment’s. the candidates will be able responsible for safe working practices and environmrnt compliance.

POSITION; INSTITUTIONAL FUNDRAISER (one year renewable contract)
To be stationed in Arusha where Dorcas Country Office is located
1.0 The Institutional Fundraiser (IF) will be responsible for:
• Responsible for develop a strategy for Fundraising, initiate proposal and presentations at different levels
• Developing Fundraising strategy and setting priorities
• Manage and deliver a Fundraising plan to maintain and attract new (institutional) donors
• Researching, identifying new projects and potential donors
• Keep up to date with the current issues and developments in corporate and foundation Fundraising
• Writing concept notes and proposals, preparing presentations to deliver to potential donors and key stakeholders
• Maintain donor database and networks
• Prepare and submit progress reports on Fundraising implementation.
• Work closely with project managers on activity related issues
• Recruit, manage and motivate Fundraising interns and volunteers/donors
• Report to the country Director in relation to overall Fundraising targets and goals
2.0: Position Requirements;
• Must have a minimum of 4 years corporate Fundraising experience background
• Have Diploma/Advance Diploma, BA in Marketing/ Business and development fields
• Someone with Christian value & ethics, is active in his or her Christian faith and his or her local church/parish
• Enthusiastic self starter with a target driven approach
• Excellent concept and proposal writing skills
• Confidence and comfortable in presenting, networking and communicating at all levels
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and donors
• Good written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English and Swahili
• The ability to raise funds and interact with people/experts at multiple levels
• Flexible to work beyond normal work hours as and when is required by the employer.
